About Kathy Zoch

Kathy Zoch is one half of a husband-and-wife real estate team with deep roots in Dana Point and South Orange County. She grew up on Blue Lantern in Dana Point's iconic Lantern District and today lives in Niguel Shores with her husband and business partner, Chris, giving clients the benefit of truly local knowledge, long-standing community relationships, and decades of firsthand experience in the coastal communities they serve.

With 23+ years in real estate and 302 homes sold, Kathy and Chris have earned Hall of Fame recognition and Top 1% status at Coldwell Banker. Kathy is a Licensed Broker and holds the GRI designation, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Saddleback College. She is known for her strong negotiation skills, steady guidance, and commitment to personalized client care throughout every stage of the transaction.

As a proud Dana Hills High School graduate and mother of four children raised through Capistrano Unified School District schools, Kathy brings a multi-generational understanding of South Orange County that few agents can match.
